I got into the coaching space to help women feel their most confident self, helping them transform their relationship with food and exercise, and seeing that they can still go out be social, have fun, AND be fit at the same damn time.
I help my clients find BALANCE, so their fitness integrates in their life easily.
My background is in health & fitness, graduated from GWU in 2017 with a bachelor degree in Exercise Science. I started Lift with Lizzy in 2020 when the world & gym shutdown. Since then I've been honored to help over 500 women fall in love with their fitness lifestyle for good.
I am a big espresso martini girly, but I love good IPA as well. I am a NYer living in Tampa with my amazing boyfriend, Mike. When I’m not coaching my clients you can find me on a hot girl walk, having a dance party, or eating food lol.

My love for coaching started when I first hired a 1:1 online fitness and nutrition coach. I was feeling the worst I had ever felt mentally and physically in my entire life.
The coach I hired really pushed me to achieve things that I never thought was possible in my journey and I knew for a fact that’s what I wanted to help other women do on a daily basis!
I show women that you don’t have to over complicate your health and fitness journey and be able to eat foods you love and enjoy without restriction. To enjoy strength training and exercise to become the strongest versions of themselves inside and out. To show up no matter what that looks like for them whether they’re a stay at home mom, nurse, teacher, bride to be, student, etc. To educate them on how to live a healthy lifestyle for the rest of their life and end the yo-yo dieting cycle.
